Councillor Andrew Parkhurst declared a personal and prejudicial
interest on the Overview of Ethical Complaints and withdrew from
the meeting for that item.  During
discussion on the same item, a personal interest was declared by
Councillor Bernie Attridge who was observing the
meeting.
