Purpose

To seek consideration and endorsement of Flintshire Thriving Together (FTT) as a county wide framework for tackling poverty and inequality, improving health and well-being, strengthening communities, and creating opportunities.

Decision

(a)       That the Committee endorse the Flintshire Thriving Together (FTT) Framework, it’s strategic outcomes and principles, recognising Flintshire County Council’s role as a key anchor institution working collaboratively with partners and communities;

(b)       That the Committee support the establishment of the proposed governance arrangements to provide strategic oversight, partnership coordination and accountability for the development and delivery of FTT; and

(c)       That the Committee support the phased development and implementation of the framework, including evidence base, outcomes and performance measures, community co-production arrangements and the workforce, resource and investment approaches required to support delivery.
