To provide the Environment and Economy Overview & Scrutiny Committee with a performance update on the delivery of Winter Maintenance services during the 2025/26 season, and to reaffirm the Council’s current policy position as set out in the Winter Maintenance and Adverse Weather Policy (2025–2027).
