This report provides members with an overview of Flintshire’s environmental policy and includes any updates for service or legislative changes along with an enforcement performance report covering current data and reports, enforcement actions and an update on policy, processes and long-term improvements being made across the County. The report also covers fly tipping, as requested by the Environment and Economy Overview & Scrutiny Committee.
