RESOLVED: 
 

That the press and public be
excluded from the meeting as he following
item is considered to be exempt by virtue of Paragraph(s) 15 of
Part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 (as
amended).

The public interest in
withholding the information outweighs the public interest in
disclosure until such time as those consultations/negotiations have
been concluded.
