Finance and Performance Scrutiny Sub-Committee

The Finance and Performance Scrutiny Sub-Committee, a part of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee, examines the Council's financial performance and operational targets. It reviews proposed performance targets, in-year data, and annual reports, making recommendations to the Cabinet or Overview and Scrutiny Committee. The sub-committee also scrutinises financial monitoring against the budget, including the annual Budget Strategy and quarterly budget updates for both General Fund and Housing Revenue Account revenue and capital.
