About
The Licensing Act Sub-Committee is responsible for making decisions on specific licence applications and reviews under the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005.
This includes determining applications for personal licences, variations to premises licences, and the transfer of premises licences, particularly when there are objections or representations from the police, relevant parties, or the Gambling Commission. The committee also handles reviews of premises licences under the Gambling Act 2005.
