This report sets out a proposal
to change the Council’s nominated Director to the board of
Otterpool Development Company Ltd.

DECISION:
 

1.         
To receive and note report C/24/81.

2.         
To note that the Director of Strategy & Resources has
resigned as  Director of Otterpool
Development Company Ltd.

3.         
To agree that the Director of Housing & Operations be
appointed as  Director of Otterpool
Development Company Ltd.

decision:
 
The appointment of a Council representative to the board
requires a decision of Cabinet.
