Purpose

The Lifeline service wish to
make an amendment to the fees and charges schedule agreed by
Cabinet on 11 December 2024 (Report C/24/55). The fee for the
Private Lifeline Charge (GSM Dispersed Alarm) for 2025/26 was
reviewed and a reduction proposed to the previously agreed
charge.

DECISION:
 

To
approve the revised GSM Dispersed Alarm proposed 2025/26 charges,
which are set at the discretion of the Council for the General Fund
as outlined in Appendix 1.

the revised Fees and Charges Schedule at Appendix

Reasons for
decision:
The Leader of the Council is asked to agree
the recommendation to reduce the agreed 2025/26 GSM Dispersed Alarm
fee within the Private Lifeline Charges.
