Purpose

This report considers the objections received in respect of the proposed Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) for some changes to Zone H, and to extend Zones H & B to include roads or sections of roads shown in appendix 1.

Decision

DECISION:

1. To receive and note Report C/25/10.
2. That officers proceed with making the TRO as proposed and implement the new restrictions.

Reasons for decision:

The Cabinet Member for Transport is asked to agree the recommendations because the proposals will help alleviate problems experienced by residents in these areas
