Purpose

Effective from 1 September 2023 the Leader has appointed Councillor Rebecca Shoob as the interim Chair of the Board of the Otterpool Park LLP.

Decision

DECISION:

1. To receive and note Report C/23/32.
2. That with effect from 1 September, Councillor Shoob be appointed as Interim Chair of the Otterpool Park LLP Board.

 

Reasons for decision:

Acting under delegated powers, the Leader may make or change an appointment of the Council to Otterpool Park LLP.  The Leader wishes to appoint Councillor Shoob as Interim Chair of the Board Otterpool Park LLP until further notice.
