Purpose

New Heating System -

Electric under pew and chandelier type heating for
the church to replace the ancient oil-fired boiler and radiators.
One boiler no longer works, and the oil supplier has told us that
they are decommissioning their small tanker which means that they
can no longer deliver oil to the church.
 

Decision

To provide
funding of £200.00 to the above project.

 

 
Reason for decision:

As St Eanswythe is
patron saint this church is a crucial part of the history of this
town. As the location of the annual town Sunday, a tradition that
has lasted for hundreds of years it is essential that this church
is maintained and treasured for generations to come.
