Folkestone Trawler Race – to cover all areas of the
weekend from insurance, music and security.

Decision

To provide
funding of £200.00 to the above project.

 

 
Reason for decision:

The Trawler Race is one of the towns historic
events, that brings the whole community together, whilst
encouraging the public to support our fishermen and buy fresh fish.
Our fishing fleets are reducing, this event highlights the
importance of supporting them and our history.
