Purpose

This report sets out changes to the appointments that the Leader wishes to make to the Board of Otterpool Park LLP. The Leader has responsibility for overall strategy and leadership.   

Decision

DECISION:

1. To receive and note Report C/23/22.
2. To make the necessary appointments to the Board of Otterpool Park LLP for 2023/24 as set out at paragraph 1.1 of the report.

 

Reasons for decision:

The Leader is asked to agree the recommendations set out below because he needs to make the appointments to the outside bodies for 2023/24, acting under delegated powers, the Leader may make or change an appointment of the Council, to an outside body.
