Purpose

Charivari Day
2023
The grant will be spent on artists fees for
students from Folkestone School for Girls to spend 3 days with
Strange Cargo professional artists to make large scale carnival
costumes that will be worn in the Charivari Day carnival in
Folkestone on 15th July.
 

Decision

To provide
funding of £275.00 to the above project.

 

 
Reason for decision:
To
support young people from the district and my ward in
participating in a local
artistic event that brings tourism to the district.
