Purpose

The
reportlists appointments to advisory bodies.  The description of the role and function of each
advisory body in this report is a summary only and the full
definition and description of each is set out in part 11 of the
constitution.

DECISION:
1.     To receive and
note Report C/23/06.
2.     To make the
necessary appointments to the advisory bodies of the Council as set
out in the report.
3.     To approve and
adopt the meetings for the advisory bodies set out in this
report.
 

 
Reasons for
decision:
 
The
Leader is asked to agree the recommendations because it needs to
make the appointments to the advisory bodies.
