Our current mower is ten years old and not functioning properly. We are seeking to replace it, because repair is not cost-effective.

Decision Reason:

The 70+ plots at the Hawkinge Allotments are a much valued community resource. Keeping the site in good condition is essential and the replacement mower is part of the equipment which is needed to this. I am more than happy to support this application which also involves other ward councillors.
