A community carnival parade in Folkestone, created by Strange Cargo working with children and young people from across the FHDC district. The event is celebrating its 30th anniversary

The community carnival is an established and much loved local event that involves children and people from across the district, including North Downs East. I am really pleased to support this event at a time when its funding is under threat.
