Purpose

Materials and plants for some planters (already purchased) outside the Leas Lift Lower Station, to enhance the space when it reopens Spring 2027 and beyond.

Decision Reason:

The reopening of the lift is eagerly awaited and the efforts of all concerned are hugely appreciated. I am pleased to make this relatively modest contribution to the project, which will enhance the lift for those residents and visitors enjoying it.
