Purpose

To give permission for The Salvation Army
Nottingham Arnold to hold an open-air Christmas Service on Arnot
Hill Park on Monday 25th December between 10:30am and 11:15am. Set
up 15 minutes before and take down 15 minutes after.

Decision

That The Salvation Army be permitted to go
ahead with their Christmas Service at Arnot Hill Park on the above
date and times. Estimated attendance 70.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issuing of
a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in
the event of accident for any activities held on the Park
