Purpose

To seek approval following consultation with
the Chair of the Audit Committee for the sign off of the Statement
of Accounts for 2021/22 and 2022/23.

Decision

That Chief Executive in consultation with the
Chair of Audit Committee:

1) Agrees the recommendations at Appendix 1 and 2 to this
report.
