Purpose

To give approval for the Carlton Hill Action
Group to hold a community Summer Event on Carlton Hill Recreation
Ground on 17th August 2025 between 12pm and 6pm, set up from 8am
and take down by 8pm.

Decision

That the Carlton Hill Action Group be
permitted to go ahead with their community summer event as outlined
on the above date. Attendance, est. 2000.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, event management
plan will require the issue of a lease indemnifying Gedling Borough
Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the
recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should any
damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.
