Purpose

To give approval for the Friends of KGV
Standhill Park to hold their Easter Trail event on KGV Standhill
Park on 19th April between 10am and 12:00 noon. Set up 1 hour
before event and take down 1hour after event.

Decision

That the Friends of KGV Standhill Park be
permitted to go ahead with their Easter Trail event as outlined on
the above date. Attendance, est. 200
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk
assessment and will require the issue of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
