Purpose

To give approval for Lorraine Horrocks from
the Pit at Newstead to use Tilford Road Rec Ground to hold a
charity fundraiser event 30th August from 12pm until 11pm. Set up
from 11am, off site by 12pm midnight

Decision

That Lorraine Horrocks t/a the Micro Pit Pub
be permitted to use Tilford Road Rec Ground for the above event on
30th August.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
Appropriate Food Hygiene certificates being place for the caterers
and a Temporary Event Notice (if required).

Reasons for the decision

To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces for community cohesion
