Purpose

To give permission for Joshua Davies
representing the charity Safeline to hold a running event at
Gedling Country Park on Sunday 27th July 2025 from 12:00pm until
2pm. Set up event one hour before at 11:00am and take down event
one hour after by 3pm.

Decision

That Joshua Davies (Safeline Charity) be
permitted to go ahead with their running event as outlined on the
above date. Attendance, est. 100-250
This decision is dependent on the organiser providing to the
Council appropriate public liability insurance, risk assessment and
the issue of a lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park and to ensure
the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and
exiting the site.
