Purpose

To give approval for Warren Action Group to
hold their community event at Muirfield Recreation Ground on 4th
May between 12 Noon and 4pm. Set up from 9:00am and take down by
6pm.

Decision

That Warren Action Group be permitted to go
ahead with their community event as outlined on the above date and
time. Attendance, est. 500
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident
for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the
land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and
exiting the site.
