Purpose

To give permission for NG United Football Club
to hold their football tournament on the football ground at
Bestwood Country Park on 9th and 10th August from 9am until 5:30pm.
Set up time 1 hour before the event and 1 hour take down after the
event.

Decision

That NG United FC be permitted to hold their
football tournament as outlined on the above dates/times.
Attendance, est. 500 per day.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, issue of a user
licence indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of
accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to
ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst
accessing and exiting the site. To provide to the Council health
and safety documents relating to caterers, who will be providing
food at the event and a temporary event notice for the sale of
alcohol.
