Purpose

To give permission for Gedling Southbank FC to
hold their ladies fundraising family fun day at Richard Herrod
Playing field on 19th July 2024 from 11am until 3pm. Set up time
from 9am and take down by 5pm.

Decision

That Gedling Southbank FC be permitted to go
ahead with their family fun event as outlined on the above
date/time. Attendance, est. 500.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, issue of a user
licence indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of
accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to
ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst
accessing and exiting the site. To provide to the Council health
and safety documents relating to caterers providing food at the
event and a temporary event notice for the sale of alcohol.
