Purpose

To give approval for the Bulldog Rescue and
Rehoming charity to hold a fun dog show at Burntstump Country Park
on 18th May from 11am until 4:30pm Set up time from 9:30am and take
down by 5pm.

Decision

That the fun dog show be permitted to go ahead
at Burntstump Country Park as outlined on the above date and time.
Attendance, est. 50-80
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accidents for any activities held on the park.
