Purpose

To give permission for Positively Empowering
Kids CIC to hold their Summer youth activities at Arnot Hill Park
on 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th August between 1 and 3pm. Set up and
take down half an hour before activities and half an hour after the
activities.

Decision

That Positively Empowering Kids CIC be allowed
to go ahead with their summer youth activities as outlined on the
above date and times. Anticipated attendance 20.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the organisers
signing a user licence agreement

To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces
