Purpose

To give permission for Gedling South Family
Hubs to hold a pop out and play session on Ley Street Recreation
Ground, Netherfield on 20th August between 10am and 11:30pm. Set up
from 9:30am and take down by 12:00pm.

Decision

That Gedling South Family Hubs be permitted to
run their pop out and play session on Ley Street Recreation Ground
on the above date and time.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accidents for any activities held on the park.

Reasons for the decision

To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces.
