Purpose

To give approval for Phenomenal Futures to
mark Internation Women’s Day by placing a string along the
park railings in Arnot Hill Park from 10am on Saturday 7th March
until 4:30pm 8th March. The string will hold up to 150 messages of
hope

Decision

To give permission for Phenomenal Futures to
hold the activities as outlined on the above dates and times.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accidents for any activities held on the park.
