Purpose

To give permission for Eagles Nest Church to
hold a joint church service in Arnot Hill Park on 7th June from 9am
until 2pm. Set up time from 9am until 10:30am. The service will run
from 10:30am until 11:45am. Pack down time 11:45am until
1pm.

Decision

That the Eagles Nest Church be permitted to go
ahead with their joint church service event as outlined on the
above date and times. Attendance, est.350
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and will require
the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough
Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the
park, the organiser to provide to the Council a risk assessment for
the activity and public liability insurance.

To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces
To facilitate and encourage community cohesion.
