To grant approval for surrender and early termination of the lease of Unit 1 The AMP.

Reasons for the decision

Allowing the surrender will reduce the chance of missed rent payments.

Alternative options considered

Not to allow the surrender of the lease, this would mean that the lease obligations remain in place until the tenant break comes into effect. This may mean missed rent payments over time.
