Purpose

To grant approval for GBC to enter an access licence agreement.

Decision

To approve entering into an access licence agreement with Dilyca Limited for access over land at Conway Crescent (known as Land South Side Burton Road Gedling Nottingham, NG4 3GP).

Reasons for the decision

To allow GBC to enter into the agreement that would allow access across the land and for a site compound to be situated on the land.

Alternative options considered

An alternative would be to not allow the agreement. However, this matter has been ongoing for some time, a licence agreement in this form would be the only feasible way to facilitate the access required. GBC also risks reputational damage if these works do not proceed as planned.
