Reasons for the decision

To enable Direct Help & Advice Ltd to meet with members of the public by using the Interview Room at the Civic Centre.

Alternative options considered

An alternative would be not to grant a licence however this could mean that local residents would have to travel further to access this service. Granting the licence is therefore a preferred option.
