Purpose

To give permission for the RSPB to set up an information stand at Arnot Hill Park on 5th and 16th June and 15th July between 9:00am and 5pm.

Decision

To give permission for the RSPB to set up their information and fundraising stand and gazebo at Arnot Hill Park as outlined on the above dates and times.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accidents for their activities held on the park.

Reasons for the decision

To encourage use of the Council’s Parks and Open Spaces and to promote local wildlife
