Purpose

To give permission for Positively Empowering Kids CIC to hold their Youth Sports Afternoon at Arnot Hill Park 27th May from 1:00pm until 4:30pm Set up and take down half an hour before activities and half an hour after the activities.

Decision

That Positively Empowering Kids CIC be permitted to go ahead with their youth sports afternoon as outlined on the above date and times. Anticipated attendance 20-30
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the organisers signing a user licence agreement.
