Purpose

To give permission for the Friends of King George V Standhill to hold their Mural Workshop and Skateboarding Coaching event at King George V Standhill Park on 27th May between 11:00am to 16:00pm. Set up an hour before the event and take down an hour after event

Decision

That the Friends of King George V Standhill park be permitted to go ahead with their event as outlined on the above date and time. Estimated attendance 30.
This decision is dependent on the organiser’s providing to the Council:
• A copy of their Public Liability Insurance
• A risk assessment for the activity (if requested)
• The organiser’s signing a licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground.
