To enable the use and access of a Gedling Borough Council owned car park to run a Christmas event.

To approve the granting of a licence to include the access and use of Standhill Road car park to run the Christmas light switch on event.

An alternative would be to not grant the licence, but the community Christmas light switch on could not take place.
