Purpose

To approve a revised set of Sports Fees and
Charges for the Parks and Street Care Service and seeks approval
for their introduction from 1 April 2024.

Decision

a)To approve the revised Fees and Charges for
2024/25 as detailed in Appendix A.
b)To approve the price revisions to be introduced from 1 April
2024.

Reasons for the decision

To contribute to the delivery of a balanced
budget both in 2024/25 and in the medium term and satisfy statutory
requirements.

Alternative options considered

An alternative lower percentage increase could
be applied, but this would not be in line with the proposals
contained in the medium-term financial plan.
