Purpose

To give permission for Eagles Nest Church to
hold a family fun day event in Arnot Hill Park on 1st September
from 2pm until 4pm

Decision

That Eagles Nest Church (Arnold) be given
permission to go ahead with their family fun day as outlined on the
above date. Attendance, est. 350
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, H&S
documentation for the bouncy castle, food safety certificate for
food vendor, event risk assessment, issue of a user licence
agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of
accident for any activities held on the park and provide evidence
of public liability insurance.
