Purpose

To give permission for Lorraine Horrocks from
the Pit at Newstead to use Tilford Road Rec Ground to hold a
charity fundraiser event 31st August from 11:am until
11pm.

Decision

That Lorraine Horrocks be allowed to use
Tilford Road Rec Ground for the above event on 31st August.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the park.
Appropriate Food Hygiene certificates being place for the caterers
and a Temporary Event Notice (if required).
