Purpose

To give permission for James Mellor Ltd and
Proctors (Nottm) Fun Fairs Ltd to hold Annual Fun Fairs on both
Killisick Rec Ground and Richard Herrod field on the dates and
times below:

Decision

That the Funfair operators be permitted to go
ahead with their funfairs as follows:

Killisick Rec:
Operating times: Thurs 18 and Fri 19th July: 16:30-20:30
Sat 20th July 2024: 12:30 - 20:30
Sun 21st July 2024: 12:30 - 18:30

Pull on site: Monday 15th July 2024
Leave site: Monday 22nd July

Richard Herrod Playing field:
Operating times: Thurs 25 and Fri 26th July 2024: 16:30 -
20:30
Sat 27th July 2024: 12:30 - 20:30
Sun 28th July 2024: 12:30 - 18:30

Pull on site Monday 22nd July
Leave site: Monday 29th July

Attendance est. 3000 over the operating periods
This decision is dependent on compliance with Health and Safety
Regulations, correct insurance, payment of the licence fee prior to
the event and will require the issue of a user licence agreement
indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for
any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land
is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting
the site.
