Purpose

To give permission for Notts Wildlife Trust to
run a Bat Walk on Thackerays Lane Rec and Arnot Hill Park on 22nd
September 18:45 until 21:15pm

Decision

That Notts Wildlife Trust be allowed to run
the Bat Walk on Thackerays Recreation Ground and Arnot Hill Park as
outlined on the above date and time.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accidents for any activities held on the park.

Reasons for the decision

To encourage use of the Council’s Parks
and Open Spaces and to promote local wildlife
