Purpose

To give permission for Positively Empowering Kids CIC to hold their Community Fun Day at Killisick Recreation Ground on 5th September 11:00am until 4pm. The organisers will be on site from 9:00am to set up and take down by 5:30pm

Decision

That Positively Empowering Kids CIC be permitted to go ahead with their Community Fun Day as outlined on the above date and times. Anticipated attendance 400-500.
This decision is dependent on the organisers providing to the council:
Their Public liability insurance
H&S documents for the Inflatables
Food safety documents for the refreshments
In addition, the organisers will be required to sign a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the park and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing, using and exiting the site. The organisers have been requested to avoid using the football pitch if the ground conditions are wet to prevent damage to the playing surface.
