Purpose

To give permission for Positively Empowering Kids CIC to hold their Youth Sports Afternoon sessions at Arnot Hill Park on 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th August from 12:45pm until 16:30pm. Set up and take down half an hour before activities and half an hour after the activities.

Decision

That Positively Empowering Kids CIC be permitted to go ahead with their youth sports afternoon as outlined on the above date and times. Anticipated attendance 20-30
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the organisers signing a user licence agreement.
