Purpose

To give permission for NG United Football Club to hold their football tournament on the football ground at Bestwood Country Park on 8th and 9th August from 9am until 5:30pm. Set up time 1 hour before the event and 1 hour take down after the event.

Decision

That NG United FC be permitted to hold their football tournament as outlined on the above dates/times. Attendance, est. 500 per day.
This decision is dependent on the organisers providing to the Council:
1. An Event Management Plan
2. A Risk Assessment
3. A copy of the ir public liability Insurance
4. A Temporary Events Notice for the alcohol sales
5. The business name, address and hygiene rating for the food provision
The organiser is also required to sign a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.
