Purpose

To give permission for Gedling North Family Hub to hold a pop up session on Queens Bower Rec on 5th August between 10am and 11:30pm. Set up from 9:30am and take down by 12:00pm.

Decision

That Gedling North Family Hub be permitted to run their pop up session on Queens Bower Recreation Ground on the above date and time.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accidents for any activities held by the organiser on the park.

Reasons for the decision

To encourage use of the Council’s Parks and Open Spaces.
