Purpose

To give permission for Joshua Davies representing the charity Safeline to hold a running event at Gedling Country Park on Sunday 22nd November from 12:00pm until 2pm. Set up event one hour and half hours before and after event.

Decision

That Joshua Davies (Safeline Charity) be permitted to go ahead with their running event as outlined on the above date. Attendance, est. 50-100
This decision is dependent on the organiser providing to the Council appropriate public liability insurance, risk assessment and the issue of a lease indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities held on the park and to ensure the land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the site.
